Since 2007, Justin has specialized in single, multi-tenant, and mixed-use retail investments, brokering over $1B+ in commercial transactions across the Pacific Northwest.

Brad brings a rare combination of legal, entrepreneurial, and brokerage expertise to CINW's leasing practice. Before real estate, he spent six years as a practicing attorney in Portland, resolving real estate disputes and contract litigation in Oregon and California. He also owned and operated multiple retail businesses in downtown Portland — giving him genuine firsthand perspective on what both landlords and tenants actually need. With over a decade in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales, Brad is known for creative deal structure and deep market knowledge across the Pacific Northwest.
