Blake Long is an associate analyst, where he provides support with commercial property valuations. Joining the team in 2025, Blake previously worked with Gantry a debt banking company, as an associate analyst and a loan administrator. He is responsible for underwriting potential deals, assisting with marketing OM’s, 1031 exchange support, and conducting market research.

Blake graduated from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business with a BS in Finance. He was born and raised in Portland and has deep ties within in the city. In his free time he enjoys exercising, playing golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
