Ben is a Portland native, graduating from Tigard High School in 2007. He then attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Economics in 2011. During college Ben participated in Division 3 football and lacrosse which has contributed to his competitive edge. For four years following college, Ben worked for the Colliers Portland Office focused under Jeremy Snow. His focus was multifamily appraisal, valuation, and consulting across the state of Oregon and SW Washington, in addition to tax credit (LIHTC) work, Section-8, and Rural Development (RD) analysis.

Ben is responsible for overseeing the multifamily team at Commercial Integrity Northwest (CINW) and is focused on client prospecting, deal flow, marketing, and underwriting/valuation. Ben strives to make the sales process as fluid as possible and has closed nearly $650M in multifamily transaction volume since 2014.

In his free time, Ben enjoys lacrosse, skiing, and is a travel enthusiast. His passions extend beyond commercial real estate; he is an avid supporter of the Nature Conservancy and Greenpeace. Ben is also a member of the Multifamily Northwest Government Affairs Committee.
